Monitor the hotel's e-Commerce strategies as they are being implemented and occasionally, update its functions, by changing room types and room prices, mapping and applying stop sales. Daily management of hotel online presence on various Online Travel Agent websites and communication with Hotel Managers, Front Office Managers and others. Handle customer service by phone call and emails as well as provide after sales services to online customers. Reputation Management responding to customer’s reviews even in real time. Advanced reporting of various sources (Analytics, PMS, etc.) and brainstorming of ideas in cooperation with the whole E-Commerce team to increase esales.
