Ken GreeleyWith 20 years of experience in hospitality technology, Ken brings unrivalled global support know-how and a deep understanding of the entire IT support lifecycle, aligning precisely with protel’s aim to be the market leader in both software and support services. In his new role, Ken will be responsible for protel’s global support organization, including the close integration of protel partners. Ken says “I am delighted to be given the opportunity to join the incredible support team at protel to further build on their talents and to help introduce the necessary structures and processes to ensure that protel support can continue to grow in a sustainable manner and become the global #1 in hospitality support”. Ken spent the last 19 years at MICROS Inc (now Oracle Hospitality). From senior leadership roles, Ken set up and lead the regional support quality organisation with a focus on standardisation of support operations within corporate owned and partner/dealer entities.
