Janet FioritiTwenty Four Seven Hotels (www.247hotels.com), established leaders in hotel management, investment and development, today announced the appointment of Janet Fioriti as Vice President of Operations. In her new role, Fioriti will provide high-impact strategic direction and leadership for the entire portfolio, which includes overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and guest services. With a team of regional operations leaders and property-based general managers, Fioriti will interface with owners to ensure the company exceeds investment objectives on hotel assets throughout the portfolio. She will report directly to David Wani, Chief Executive Officer of Twenty Four Seven Hotels. The appointment is a critical addition to the executive team and will support the hotel group’s leadership as the company continues to grow and scale. Fioriti has more than 25 years of hospitality experience. She began her career at Marriott International and has a deep understanding of its brands, resources and culture. She went on to hold executive positions for Huntington Hotel Group, Excel Hotel Group and Sage Hospitality. She later served as Vice President of Asset Management for ABA Development, managing their portfolio of Hyatt Place Hotels and playing a leadership role in underwriting a $200M hotel fund for a new property development. Throughout her career, she has been responsible for the performance of many of the world’s leading hotel brands—including Marriott, Hilton, IHG and Hyatt—and has been recognized for exceptional leadership abilities, keen financial acumen and the results-oriented hospitality culture she creates.
