Van Loocke brings with her knowledge and experience in the fields of hospitality, luxury serviced apartments and real estate. Prior to joining Frasers Hospitality, Van Loocke worked at The Ascott Limited for 10 years as country general manager for the UK, Germany and Georgia, where she was responsible for managing 11 properties comprising over 1,600 keys. She also undertook various new company developments and renovation projects across the UK and Germany. She previously held the position of managing director in start‐up companies based in London as well as occupied various overseas senior leadership roles with Hyatt hotels in Paris and Istanbul.

Prior to this he held a number of roles within the New Zealand hospitality industry, including as general manager and head chef.

Scott Harper - Chief Operating Officer (COO)
18 May 2018 — The chief operating officer at Malmaison has stepped up to take on the same role with Hotel du Vin, following the departure of Nick Halliday earlier this month. Scott Harper will now become COO across both brands, reporting to Guus Bakker, CEO of Malmaison Hotel du Vin and CEO EMEA of parent company Frasers Hospitality UK.
