Elizabeth NorbergNorberg assumed her position with Loews Hotels & Co after serving as Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer of RLH Corporation, where she was responsible the strategy and execution, to ensure achievement of the company’s growth strategy and transformative human capital initiatives. Prior to this, Norberg worked with Northwell Health, the largest private employer in the state of New York, joining as Vice President, Human Resources of Long Island Jewish Medical Center and departing as Chief of Human Resources Operations for Northwell Health. Norberg’s other positions were also in the hotel industry where she served as Senior Vice President of Global Human Resources with Dolce Hotels & Resorts, and at Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide, Inc. where she held leadership roles at the local, regional and corporate levels in Human Resources and Leaning & Development, departing as Vice President of Learning & Development for North America. She became interested in the hospitality field after her start at Hall & Evans, LLC, a law firm in Denver. Born and raised in Colorado, Norberg earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Colorado State University, Global Campus. Based at the Loews Hotels corporate office in New York City, she resides in Newtown, Connecticut with her husband and two sons.
