Christian Höhn started in 1997 at the Alfa Hotel in Switzerland before multiplying his experiences in Germany by holding various F & B positions (Assistant to the Director of Operations), punctuated by significant parentheses in Saint-Tropez (Assistant Sommelier at Hotel Villa Belrose - Relais & Châteaux), New York (Assistant Restaurant Manager & Bar Manager) then Edinburgh at Waldorf Astoria The Caledonian (Assistant F & B Manager before becoming F & B Manager). In 2010, he became Director of Operations for the Hilton Düsseldorf hotel before taking up the same position at the Hilton Abu Dhabi for 3 years. He flew in 2013 to Riyadh in Saudi Arabia where he was appointed Managing Director of the Hilton Garden Inn and Double Tree by Hilton. A year later, he joined the Marriott International group as Managing Director of W Istanbul where he stayed for 3 years, before setting his bags for the first time in Paris in February 2018.
