Sarah Wilson has been appointed Assistant General Manager at Le Pavillon Hotel
Wilson most recently served as General Manager in Training, an in-house training program within Remington, where she worked alongside senior management to ensure success across all divisions at Lakeway Resort & Spa in Austin, Texas. She has held multiple catering positions and operated as the director of catering for Lakeway Resort & Spa and Austin Country Club, where she was named Employee of the Year in 2014. Before joining the hospitality industry, Wilson had an impressive career in dance.
Rich in tradition, Le Pavillon Hotel serves an infamous peanut butter and jelly sandwich as a late-night snack in the lobby.
