Peter DonKonics, III

Peter DonKonics, III, has been named director of food and beverage for the soon-to-open Hotel Northland, Autograph Collection®, Green Bay, Wisconsin.

DonKonics is a seasoned beverage operations executive and a sommelier with more than 20 years of experience in the casino, restaurant, and hospitality industries. His work has garnered numerous industry recognitions including awards of excellence from Wine Spectator and Sommelier of the Year from the Washington Wine Commission.

Most recently, DonKonics served as corporate beverage director for Station Casinos, Las Vegas, Nevada, where he successfully held various management and director responsibilities with the Nevada-based company for more than 12 years.

Prior to his time in Nevada, DonKonics worked as banquet operations manager for Wild Ginger Asian Restaurant in Seattle, and served as general manager and sommelier for Willow Lodge in Woodinville, Washington.
