Originally from Asolo, Italy, Colla will oversee all facets of the food and beverage operations, including the resort's award-winning restaurants, in-room dining, and banquets catering division.
Bringing over two decades of luxury hospitality experience to the resort, Colla has worked for some of the greatest names in hospitality, including The Ritz and The Savoy in London; The St. Regis, Rome; and most recently for the Four Season Hotels and Resorts in both Europe and Riyadh.
Colla holds a Hospitality Management Certificate from Cornell University and Food and Beverage and Catering Management Certificate from the Institute Alberghiero Giuseppe Maffioli, Castelfranco Veneto. As a complement to his honourable career in luxury hospitality, many of his restaurants have also received top accolades from Travel + Leisure World's Best Awards to regional best dining awards in Dining Out and more.
