Adam Crocini

Hilton (NYSE: HLT) today announced the appointment of Adam Crocini to the role of vice president, Food & Beverage, Luxury & Lifestyle Group. As part of this newly created role, Crocini will serve as the chief strategist and champion for all matters related to food and beverage initiatives for Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts, LXR Hotels & Resorts, Conrad Hotels & Resorts and Canopy by Hilton.

Adam joins us with a tremendous amount of experience shaping the F&B programming for marquee hotels around the world. With F&B being such a critical part of any hotel experience, Adams addition reinforces our commitment to delivering unforgettable experiences for all our guests throughout their entire stay.

Crocini brings more than 20 years of experience in the development, opening and operating of hotels, restaurants, nightclubs and integrated resorts, and joins Hilton from Capella Hotels and Resorts in Singapore. In his most recent role, Crocini oversaw the operations and strategic planning for concepts and programing related to restaurants, bars, spa/wellness and rooms for new properties opening in Bangkok, Sydney, Sanya, Ubud, and Male.

Crocini will build on the long-standing history of culinary excellence at Hiltons Luxury & Lifestyle properties, which has ushered in many industry firsts and currently hosts many award-winning restaurants:

  • First hotel to create the Red Velvet Cake, The Waldorf Salad and to reinvigorate the Eggs Benedict
  • First hotel to launch an underwater restaurant Ithaa in 2005
  • Three Michelin-starred restaurants, including La Pergola, Librijes Zusje Amsterdam and Gordon Ramsay Au Trianon
  • An impressive group of world-renowned talents, including Jean-Georges Vongerichten, Rungthiwa Fae Chummongkhon and Michael Mina

Throughout his career, Crocini has also held positions at Marina Bay Sands Integrated Resort and Casino, Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group, The TAO Group and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts.

Born in Connecticut, Crocini completed an Associates Degree in Occupational Studies, Culinary Arts and a Bachelor of Professional Studies in Hospitality Management at The Culinary Institute of America in New York and the Executive Leadership Program at INSEAD in Singapore.
