Emmanuel Nelo

Emmanuel has over 12 years of relevant experience in luxury hospitality and has worked exclusively for The Ritz-Carlton properties across the world since 2006. He cites his experience with the renowned luxury brand as the "inspiration to develop a dynamic mindset, whereby delivering results is equally as important as the growth of team members".

Emmanuel first joined the luxury Ritz-Carlton brand as Banquets Supervisor at The Ritz-Carlton Cancun, Mexico and went on to become Banquets Manager, followed by Restaurant & Bar Manager at The Ritz-Carlton Santiago, Chile. He was also part of the team at Al Bustan Palace a Ritz-Carlton Hotel, Oman, as Director of Banquets, and later moved his way up to Assistant Director of Food and Beverage,at The Ritz-Carlton, Aruba. Most recently, he has held the position of Director of Food and Beverage at The Ritz-Carlton Jakarta, Pacific Place.
