Her previous career roles at renowned players in the hotel industry, among which the Kempinski Hotel and the Emaar Hospitality Group, have allowed her to gain tremendous experience and knowledge in all aspects of reservations operations. For more than ten years, she has successfully proven her leadership and management skills, having led different teams in multiple countries around the world. Driven by her ambition to create the best call centre for hospitality, she was able to obtain the ICMI certification in Call Centre Operations Management, which helped her bring the "call centre" culture to the reservations office, improve operational and quality results and create value for customers and organisation.
At Penta, Elena defines the global reservations team as the "first-point-of-contact" for guests. Through a positive and continous dialogue with the customer she sees enormous opportunities to strengthen customer relations.
