HALCYON, a hotel in Cherry Creek is proud to announce the appointment of Jason Delcamp as General Manager of the 154-room hotel that captures the spirit of the elevated Colorado lifestyle in one of Denver's most chic neighborhoods. Delcamp, an invaluable addition to the Halcyon team, brings a wealth of hospitality experience to his new role and will be responsible for the overall operations, performance and strategic direction while leading Halcyon into a new chapter with hotel operator Makeready.

Delcamp is no stranger to the core values and unique DNA of Halcyon, as prior to his appointment to General Manager Delcamp served as Halcyon's Director of Operations since 2016. His extensive career in hospitality encompasses additional management roles at The Westin Westminster and Kachina Southwestern Grill as well as the position of Food & Beverage Manager at Thorncreek Golf Club. During his time at Halcyon, Delcamp has been recognized as Colorado Hotel and Lodging 2018 Manager of the Year and helped gain recognition as Condé Nast Traveler's #2 hotel in Colorado in 2017.

Delcamp holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Hotel Administration from Metropolitan State College of Denver, in addition to becoming a graduate of Starwood Rooms & Food and Beverage University; he also possesses a Level 1-Introductory Sommelier certification from the Court of Master Sommeliers. Delcamp's philosophy in business is collaborative and spirited as he believes, "the role of a creative leader is not to have all the ideas; it is to create a culture where everyone can have ideas and feel that they're valued."
