Rickie Pares has been appointed Hotel Manager at The Estate Yountville
With more than 14 years of professional experience, Pares most recently served as Director of Rooms at the Windsor Court Hotel in New Orleans. During this time, he oversaw the Front Office, Guest Services, Valet, Housekeeping, Loss Prevention and Spa. He also helped manage the recruitment, training and development of all employees, as well as regularly conducted Profit & Loss reviews to analyze financial metrics. Prior to this role, Pares served as the Director of Operators at the Inn at Perry Cabin by Belmond, where he oversaw the hotel operations, ensuring that all standards were being upheld. Pares also has extensive experience working at several properties under the Omni Hotels & Resorts brand. During his time as Director of Front Office Operations at Omni Hotels at CNN Center, Pares was responsible for maintain and exceeding associate satisfaction scores year after year.
