Terry Bickhardt named Senior Vice President - Acquisitions and Asset Management at Colwen Hotels

Colwen Hotels announces that Terry Bickhardt has started a new role as Senior Vice President - Acquisitions and Asset Management. In this newly formed position, Terry will work closely with Principal, Leo Xarras, to establish and grow the development of the company's long term strategies for hotel management, asset management and new acquisitions.
Terry is an industry veteran with over 30 years of experience in hotel management and hospitality finance. Previously he was Co-President at HVS Hotel Management and prior to that he was President - Operations, Sales and Marketing at Waterford Hotel Group. Mr. Bickhardt received a B.S. in Business Management from West Virginia University.
