Andrew J. Pace

Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG), an Atlanta-based, private hotel investment, ownership and management company, today announced it named Andrew J. Pace senior vice-president of business development. In the role, he will be responsible for assisting with growing and supporting HVMG's third-party management and new development efforts.

Prior to joining HVMG, Pace was senior vice-president at Strand Hospitality, where he oversaw the strategic growth of the company's 36 hotel portfolio. During his career, he has been vice-president/director of development with Hotel Equities, Inc., and prior to that, president of mergers, acquisitions and development with Atlanta-based Longhouse Hospitality. He also was responsible for founding and launching Suite One Hotels, an extended-stay brand located throughout the southeastern states. Pace is an advisory board member of Georgia State University's Cecil B. Day School of Hospitality and Georgia's State Board of Architects. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in marketing from Georgia State University's College of Business and his Executive Master of Business Administration with a focus in international marketing from Mercer University.
