AC Hotel Fort Worth, a key addition to Tarrant County's hospitality market, has hit some key milestones on its way to a planned early fall 2020 opening. This includes the Appointment of Aaron R. Oquendo as general manager.
Aaron R. Oquendo, as AC Hotel Fort Worth's general manager, has 18 years' hospitality leadership experience in a variety of roles at several world-class properties, including The Palazzo at The Venetian in Las Vegas and Disney Cruise Line. He most recently oversaw Jackson-Shaw's three Marriott brand hotels and a full-service conference center within Cascades at The Colony. In his role as general manager for the AC Hotel Fort Worth, Oquendo will be responsible for guiding the hotel and staff through the opening and continued daily operations.

1 October 2020 — Born and raised in Texas, Hernandez comes to HALL Arts Hotel from The Joule in Dallas, where she began as a bartender, later assisting in the opening of five on-property dining concepts. Most recently, Hernandez helped lead The Joule's Americano team as assistant general manager of the popular Italian restaurant.
1 October 2020 — In her new role as general manager, Martin oversees all day-to-day operations for HALL Arts Hotel, including hotel and food and beverage services, budget, staffing and leadership, and is responsible for curating and maintaining an unforgettable guest experience for everyone who walks in the door.
17 March 2020 — DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld, spanning 28 acres within the heart of International Drive, proudly promotes Natalie Cohee to executive chef, selecting the culinary leader with more than 12 years of experience in the DoubleTree Orlando kitchens to lead the team.
