Stefan Moerth has been appointed Executive Chef at Grand Hyatt Abu Dhabi Hotel & Residences Emirates Pearl
Moerth brings with him 30 years of experience at Michelin-starred restaurants in Europe and in luxury hotels around the world.
After stints at Bangkok's Mandarin Oriental and The Peninsula Bangkok, he served as the executive chef in several luxury Hyatt properties in Asia including Park Hyatt Saigon, Park Hyatt Tokyo and Grand Hyatt Seoul.
