Joined Southern Aluminum as Chief Brand Officer
Andrew will be responsible for defining and elevating the brand strength of Southern Aluminum's growth plan to include culture, innovation, company branding, and messaging. He will position the company's vision and strategy to both employees and consumers to ensure clarity in what Southern Aluminum stands for while b uilding an engaging and supportive community within the organization.
Andrew joins Southern Aluminum from Marriott International, where he most recently served as the Global Discipline Leader for Meetings + Events over the last seven years. He was responsible for designing and developing strategic programs, products, and services which impact and elevate the associate and guest experience in meetings and events at Marriott's hotels globally. In his 25 years with Marriott, he has held various positions on property and above property, taking him from front-line Event Services associate to corporate strategic leader in his most recent role. Andrew draws inspiration from the changing needs of how people work, meet, and travel pulling from his own rich experiences to accomplish critical goals.
