Hokan Limin has been appointed Chief Financial Officer at Bakuun.com
Bakuun.com, a travel technology company that facilitates the booking processes between airlines, hotels, and travel agencies to provide better commercial and economic benefits, is delighted to announce today the appointment of Hokan Limin as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Limin began his employment on January 18, 2021. He will be based in the newly established Bakuun Holdings office in Singapore.
In this role, Mr. Limin will head up the fina nce organization and will be responsible for financial planning and reporting, investor relations, and taxation. He will also be laying the groundwork for Bakuun.com's initial public offering (IPO) plan and ensuring the right financial infrastructure to make this major transition successfully.A seasoned financial executive, Mr. Limin joins Bakuun.com with broad experience in corporate and operational finance. He worked at hotel investment companies in Indonesia and five-star resort chains includin g Hyatt, Intercontinental, and Shangri-La. Most recently, he served as Vice President - Hotel Finance of Banyan Tree Holdings Ltd in Singapore.Hokan Limin is a native of Indonesia and holds a Bachelor of Finance and Accountancy from Trisakti University in Jakarta, Indonesia. He also attended a Venture Finance Programme at Said Business School, University of Oxford.
