JW Marriott Grosvenor House London warmly welcomes the return of highly regarded and innovative Executive Chef, Nigel Boschetti. Nigel returns to the JW Marriott Grosvenor House London as Executive Head Chef from the New York Marriott Marquis, where he is currently Executive Chef for a 1996 room landmark hotel in Times Square with catering capacity of 2800.

Nigel joined JW Marriott Grosvenor House in 2010, bringing expertise in catering to the high-profile events, the Park Lane hotel is renowned for hosting in The Great Room, Europe's largest ballroom. Over the years, Nigel has expertly crafted menus and delivered inspired themes for the annual BAFTA Awards Dinner and Pride of Britain Awards to name just a few.

Having left London in 2018, Nigel returns to the heart of Mayfair to oversee all the food and beverage operations across the 496 room hotel, including banqueting for the ballroom, 20 meeting and function rooms, in-room dining, award winning Afternoon Teas served in The Park Room and the JW Steakhouse restaurant.

Nigel started his career as Head Chef in Amberley Castle Hotel, he then moved to Simpsons in The Strand at The Savoy as Executive Chef before joining JW Marriott Grosvenor House London in 2010. Bringing over 30 years of experience, Nigel returns to JW Marriott Grosvenor House London but with the same unparalleled enthusiasm for creativity and excitement for great British fare.
