Christine Langseth

Menin Hospitality, a leading force in the tourism, culinary and hospitality industries, is happy to announce the appointment of Christine Langseth to the vice president of people. In this role, Langseth will be representing three established brands in Miami and will oversee the development and implementation of human resources strategies, systems and policies, plans and services, including recruitment, selection, legal compliance, employee benefits, compensation, employee relations, diversity equity and inclusion, employment practices and procedures, employee communications and events. She will oversee HR strategy for GFO Investments, Bodega Taqueria y Tequila, which spans multiple locations across South Florida and all units within the Menin Hospitality umbrella.

Langseth brings over 20 years of human resources experience to her new role at Menin Hospitality. Langseth graduated from Glion Institute of Higher Education Switzerland with a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality and International Tourism. Throughout her professional career, Langseth has held multiple high-ranking positions in human resources for major hotel establishments throughout South Florida, including 1 Hotels, The St. Regis Bal Harbour Resort, Renaissance Hotels, Marriott International, the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company and more.

Most recently, Langseth served as the head of human resources at Pura Vida Miami in Miami, Florida, where she applied her hospitality management and employee engagement skills to lead internal operations and expansion of the wellness-driven eatery.

By applying her rich background and expertise, Langseth will continue to build brand morale, talent strategy and exceptional customer service for Bodega Taqueria y Tequila and GFO Investments while also enhancing Menin Hospitality's vibrant culture. She will strengthen its leading position in the hospitality industry by heading all efforts in career advancement, from leadership training seminars to recognition reward programs. With a focus on the people, she will also steer employee fulfillment and engagement by committing to diversity and inclusion.
