Isabel Gracia

Isabel Gracia will oversee W South Beach's sales and marketing team to continue to drive sales and revenue growth, after W South Beach's most successful year since opening in 2009. Gracia will lead sales initiatives and targeted audience engagement developed through creative marketing campaigns, W brand initiatives and network management.

Gracia, known for developing long-term dynamic partnerships for leading hospitality brands, brings more than 20 years of sales and marketing experience to W South Beach. She's worked with top luxury hotels throughout her career including Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Zadún, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, The Raleigh Hotel, Gansevoort Hotel, and the One and Only Ocean Club. Prior to joining the W South Beach team, Gracia was the Director of Sales and Marketing at Dorado Beach, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve in Puerto Rico where she successfully opened and re-launched the hotel following Hurricane Maria. In 2019, Gracia won the regional sales and marketing President's Circle Award for outstanding record revenue and satisfaction scores.
