Barbara Beckwith has been appointed General Manager at Mill Falls at the Lake in Meredith
Mill Falls at the Lake — a timeless, all-season resort set on Lake Winnipesaukee in the quaint town of Meredith, New Hampshire — is pleased to announce the appointment of Barbara Beckwith to the role of General Manager, bringing over 25 years of experience in the hospitality and event management industries. Beckwith will utilize her extensive skills and knowledge as she oversees all operations at the resort.
Originally from Rhode Island, Beckwith brings to her new role more than two and a half decades of hospitality experience with an extensive background in event management. Most recently, Beckwith stood as Managing Director of Mountain View Grand Resort & Spa in Whitefield, NH, following her quick promotion from Food & Beverage Director less than a year after being promoted from Director of Restaurants. With expertise in various areas of the hospitality industry, Beckwith worked as Special Meetings and Events Manager at DBA Excelebrations in Newport, RI, following her role of Catering Sales Manager for Fine Catering by Russell Morin in Newport RI, one of the largest catering companies in Southern New England, where she played an integral role in financially growing the business from $3 million to $15 million.
