Pursuing her passion, Laura graduated from the University of Puerto Rico with a degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management.
Over the years, Laura has built an impressive career in the industry, working with leading hotel brands such as Wyndham and Hilton. Her experience includes various guest service roles, where she honed her skills and developed a deep understanding of exceptional guest experiences. Laura's dedication and expertise led her to thrive as Assistant General Manager at the Southernmost Beach Resort in Key West, Florida, and later as General Manager at The Gates South Beach - A Doubletree by Hilton in Miami. She most recently excelled as the General Manager of the Kimpton RiverPlace Hotel in Portland, OR.
