Melanie Kern has been appointed Meetings & Events Manager at California Hotel & Lodging Association (CHLA)

The California Hotel & Lodging Association (CHLA) proudly announces the expansion of its staff with the appointment of two highly accomplished professionals, Jesse Geremia as Executive Vice President and Melanie Kern as Meetings & Events Manager. CHLA also announced the well-deserved promotion of Sandra Oberle to the position of Vice President of Membership.
In her new role as Meeting & Events Manager, Kern will manage all things marketing and organizing for CHLA events to help the association continue to educate and inform the lodging community on the latest issues and opportunities. Before joining CHLA, Kern was a Marketing Specialist for The Perfect Purée of Napa Valley.
