Valerie Cooper has been appointed General Manager at Hilton Shreveport
With 20+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, Valerie is an expert in leadership experience, operations, human resources and project management. Cooper joins Hilton Shreveport from Embassy Suites Santa Ana where she served as General Manager and was responsible for managing daily hotel operations and creating the best guest experience possible. Prior to that, she held a leadership role at Renaissance Dallas Plano at Legacy West, as the Director of Operations and held an Assistant General Manager position at Renaissance Dallas Richardson.
