Taj Jumeirah Lakes Towers has appointed Elena Schwartz as general manager.
With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Schwartz's career began at The Oberoi Beach Resort Sahl Hasheesh, and she has since held pivotal positions at Shangri-La Group, Rixos Hotels, Deutsche Hospitality and Radisson Hotels Group.
As the new general manager of Taj JLT, Schwartz is committed to propelling the hotel to the forefront of the city's business hospitality sector. Her vision includes fostering community-driven experiences, enhancing F&B offerings, improving service quality, and championing female leadership within the industry.
