Jamie Mortakis has been appointed Senior Catering Sales Manager at Loews Nashville Hotel at Vanderbilt Plaza

In her new position as Senior Catering Sales Manager, Mortakis will oversee the planning and execution of events, collaborate with the culinary team to design thoughtful menus, and build upon her client relationships.
Mortakis joins Loews Nashville Hotel with a track record of impressive achievements in the hospitality sector. She most recently served as the Associate Director of Catering & Events at The Hermitage Hotel, where she was responsible for all catering sales. Prior to that, her tenure at Four Seasons Hotel Denver saw her rise through the ranks from Reservations Agent to Group Service Manager, where she managed high-profile entertainment and sports groups.
As Nashville's original luxury hotel, many of the city's most prestigious galas, events and award shows have taken place at the AAA Four-Diamond property since its opening in 1989. With Mortakis' appointment, there is a renewed excitement to expand upon the hotel's premier position as the favored venue for social gatherings including galas, weddings, holiday gatherings, product launches, panel discussions, and the like.
