Since 2023, Colla has served as Resort Manager, where his effective leadership and dedication to luxury hospitality have made a significant impact on both the team and the guest experience. Before joining The St. Regis Red Sea Resort, Colla was Head of Hospitality at Bapco in Bahrain from June 2021 to March 2023. His career also includes key roles at The Ritz-Carlton and Four Seasons.
