Olesia Ostapenko has been appointed as the new director of operations at W Dubai, Mina Seyahi. Ostapenko has a wealth of experience in the international hospitality industry, with a career spanning over 24 years. In her new role, Ostapenko will oversee the dynamic operations of the hotel.
Prior to her new appointment at the W hotel, Ostapenko worked as the executive assistance manager of rooms, at Marriott Resort Palm Jumeriah, where she led pre-opening strategies and ensured alignment of brand standard.
In her previous tenure, Ostapenko has overseen hotel operations, developed high-performance teams, and implemented quality control standards across multiple properties.
Ostapenko has held several pivotal positions throughout her career, including leadership roles at prominent hotels like, Hyatt and Marriott. Her leadership has driven improvements in guest satisfaction scores, operational efficiency, and revenue growth across properties in Europe, Middle East, and Southeast Asia
