Carlos has extensive experience in hospitality finance and operations having held senior leadership positions at Hilton Hotels Corporation, Caesars Entertainment, and MGM Resorts International. As Senior Vice President and CFO at Aria Resort and Casino, Carlos led the property to record profitability through innovative operational initiatives, sound capital investments, and effective cost management.
