Trishna Hundal has been appointed Executive Housekeeper at Swissotel Living Al Ghurair in Dubai

Al Ghurair and Swissotel Living Al Ghurair is delighted to announce the appointment of Trishna Hundal as its new Executive Housekeeper.
In her new role, Trishna will lead the hotel's largest team, responsible for 620 guestrooms, serviced apartments, two restaurants and expansive public spaces including managing in-house laundry.
With her sharp eye for detail and seasoned expertise, she is set to infuse the property with a revitalised 5-star ambience, blending thoughtful art décor with luxurious guest experiences, and upholding her proven record of delivering Forbes 5-Star service standards.
As custodian of one of the hotel's most vital reputation drivers, Trishna will ensure impeccable cleanliness, exceptional guest satisfaction, and operational efficiency, all while upholding Swissotel's promise of care and vitality
With over 25 years of hospitality experience, Trishna has successfully led hotel pre-openings, refurbishments, and training programmes, bringing a diverse expertise across housekeeping, front office, recreation, and spa operations for prestigious international brands including InterContinental Hotels Group, Marriott International, Rixos Hotels, Taj Hotels, Resorts and Palaces, Starwood Hotels and Resorts, and Hilton Worldwide.
Before joining Swissôtel Al Ghurair, she served as Executive Housekeeper for the InterContinental and Crowne Plaza Dubai Festival City.
Prior to this, her notable achievements include converting housekeeping into a revenue-generating department while leading hygiene and sustainability initiatives.
Trishna holds multiple professional certifications, including Six Sigma Black Belt, Sustainability Champion, and Hygiene Hero. She has been honoured with numerous accolades, such as the Best Hotel Housekeeper in UAE 2021 and Women in Cleaning award 2022 and 2024 by MECHF. She has been featured multiple times on the UAE Housekeepers Power 30 List and the Middle East Women's Power List.
