Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village announces the appointment of Ben Carter as Director of Wellness & Longevity at the renowned Center for Health & Wellbeing, effective September 2025.

Recognized as one of the most comprehensive and innovative wellness destinations in the Four Seasons portfolio, the Center for Health & Wellbeing delivers award-winning programming that integrates evidence-based practices with luxury hospitality. Under Ben's leadership, the Center for Health & Wellbeing will continue to evolve as a global benchmark for longevity-focused wellness experiences.

In his new role, Ben will oversee the strategic, operational, and experiential direction of the business, guiding a multidisciplinary team across fitness, spa, medical, nutrition, and life balance services. His vision is rooted in longevity science, clinical excellence, and a seamless guest experience.

With more than two decades of international experience, Ben has led wellness operations across Asia and Australasia in both luxury hospitality and private clinical ventures. A licensed Naturopathic Physician specializing in structural neuro-kinetics and sports medicine, Ben began his wellness career in 2003 in Phuket, Thailand. His distinguished career includes pioneering Western bodywork education in Bhutan, serving elite athletes in clinical settings, and architecting industry-leading global wellness programs.

Ben has held leadership roles including Spa Manager, Head Naturopath, Spa Director, and Regional Spa Director with some of the world's top luxury hospitality brands. Most recently, he served as Director of the Urban Wellness Centre at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok at Chao Phraya River.

His leadership philosophy centers on aligning intention with execution and creating high-performing environments where both guests and teams can thrive.
