Naureen Youssef has been appointed Director of Marketing at Bab Al Qasr Hotel

Bab Al Qasr Hotel and Residences has announced the appointment of Naureen Youssef as director of marketing. Youssef joins the Arabian hospitality landmark with more than a decade of experience across international hotel brands.

Her career includes six years with Marriott Hotels, where she held senior marketing and PR roles at flagship properties such as Marriott Hotel Al Forsan Abu Dhabi, JW Marriott Marquis City Center Doha, and The Westin Cairo Golf Resort & Spa. During this time, she was instrumental in amplifying brand visibility and positioning in competitive regional markets.

Blending a Nordic sensibility with Middle Eastern warmth, Youssef brings a unique perspective to brand storytelling. Born in Denmark to Egyptian roots, she is recognised for her ability to craft campaigns that resonate across cultures, combining creativity with strategic execution.

Beyond her professional portfolio, Youssef is a published author, ICF-certified life coach, and TEDx speaker, further reflecting her people-centric leadership style and ability to connect through narrative.
