Romero joins the resort with a distinguished career spanning leadership roles at prestigious properties throughout Mexico, including Las Palmas by The Sea, Garza Blanca Resort, and Hoteles Buenaventura. Most recently, he served as Director of Sales at Palmar Beach Resort Riviera Maya. Recognized for his visionary approach, he has consistently enhanced visibility and competitiveness in both domestic and international markets.
Beyond his professional expertise, Romero brings the same dedication and discipline to his personal life. A passionate marathon runner for over a decade, he has competed in the World Marathon Majors in New York, London, Chicago, and Berlin. He also enjoys open-water swimming along Puerto Vallarta's beaches, an activity he views as essential for building perseverance - qualities he applies in his leadership.
