With Makeready now serving as operator, the company has tapped McClinton Heil to expand his role and oversee both Clayton and its sister property, Halcyon, as Area Managing Director. An award-winning leader in Cherry Creek, Heil has a deep understanding of the neighborhood and its guests. He has been instrumental in positioning Halcyon as the leading hotel in the area, and he brings that same vision and dedication to Clayton as it enters its next chapter. His career spans leadership roles with Viceroy Hotels, Lido House, and The Ritz-Carlton before joining Makeready, where he has become known for combining operational excellence with a member- and guest-first philosophy.
