With more than 22 years of international experience across luxury resorts, boutique hotels, and fine-dining establishments, Chef Senthil brings a refined yet approachable style to Snowpine's culinary program.

Originally from Pondicherry, India, Chef Senthil has cultivated a culinary philosophy grounded in elevated simplicity, creating memorable dishes that balance innovation, sustainability, and the warmth of genuine hospitality. His leadership combines creative vision with operational precision, ensuring each dish reflects both the sophistication of Snowpine Lodge and the relaxed spirit of mountain living.

In his new role, Chef Senthil will oversee all culinary operations across Snowpine Lodge's dining outlets, including Swen's Restaurant, The Gulch Pub, and the property's banquet and catering programs. He aims to enhance the lodge's legacy of excellence while introducing new seasonal offerings that celebrate Utah's local bounty with modern European inspiration.

Guests can look forward to a revitalized, Euro-centric menu featuring clean flavors, balanced textures, and locally sourced ingredients. Signature dishes to debut this season include:
