Raffles The Palm Dubai is pleased to announce that its Managing Director, Aaron Kaupp, has been appointed Regional Vice President & Managing Director for multiple award-winning Raffles Hotels & Resorts. In his expanded role, Kaupp will now oversee operations at Raffles Al Areen Palace Bahrain, and Raffles Seychelles, while continuing to lead Raffles The Palm Dubai.
With more than 25 years of experience in luxury hospitality, Kaupp brings a distinguished track record of leadership, vision, and strategic excellence to the role. His career has been recognised with several industry accolades, including the Luxury Travel Advisor Award for "Best General Manager of a Luxury Hotel/Resort Worldwide" and a "Highly Commended" distinction as "General Manager of the Year: High-End & Luxury" at the 2025 Hotelier Middle East Awards.
Having already made a significant impact at iconic beachfront destination, Raffles The Palm Dubai, Kaupp will now support the continued growth and positioning of Raffles' award-winning regional properties. Under his leadership, Raffles The Palm Dubai has further strengthened its standing as a benchmark in luxury hospitality in the GCC—a property that is not only a destination in itself, but one that naturally complements travel to the wider Raffles portfolio, including the Seychelles, which serves as a convenient onward stop for international guests.
