Dominic Teague has joined Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch as Executive Chef.

Dominic Teague brings more than 30 years of global culinary expertise to his role as Executive Chef, Waldorf Astoria London Admiralty Arch. As the historic Admiralty Arch is transformed into one of London's most iconic luxury hotels, Dominic will work closely with Dimi Leivadas, director of food & beverage, to bring the hotel's culinary portfolio to life. This includes Clare Smyth's highly-anticipated seafood concept, Coreus, and Daniel Boulud's all-day dining concept, Café Boulud. Dominic will oversee the hotel's culinary programme - from menu development to operational management - ensuring exceptional quality and service across the hotel's culinary outlets, including in-room dining and events. 

Dominic joins from One Aldwych, where he served as executive chef, bringing high-level global hotel and restaurant experience from properties including The Lanesborough and L'Escargot in London, The Regal Hotel in Hong Kong, and Sandy Lane in Barbados.
