Jim Rozell

Jim is the Founder and CEO of Hotel Compete, LLC.

Jim has a near lifetime of travel industry experience, having spent his youth working in his family's travel agency business, followed by 17 years at American Airlines, two years working for startup Online Travel Agency Travelweb.com, three years at Mark Travel Corporation and the past three years at Carlson Hotels Worldwide.

During his career Jim has focused primarily on building analytical tools that deliver improved decision making. He has built enterprise-scale data warehouses, developed numerous forecast and data modeling methods, and created revenue management tools for the hotel and tour operator industries.
