Bunmi Oyinloye

As Senior Vice President and Leader of the HVS Consulting & Valuation practice in Houston, Bunmi Oyinloye has developed expertise in providing strategic insights and tailored solutions for lodging markets across Texas and the U.S. Gulf Coast, including Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama, and the Florida Panhandle. Since beginning her career in New Orleans in 2015, her experience encompasses a wide range of hotel types, from limited-service hotels and independent boutique properties to full-service hotels and resorts. Bunmi earned a master’s degree in Hospitality Management, specializing in Finance, from the University of Houston’s Conrad N. Hilton College of Hotel and Restaurant Management.
