Ms. Mackman is the Managing Director of HVS Spa and Wellness Consulting, and Principal and owner of Mackman ES, a future-ready, wellness and spa consultancy. She specializes in spa and wellness consulting, concept development, strategic planning, market and feasibility studies, valuation narratives, data analysis and financial forecasting. Ms. Mackman works in partnership with HVS and provides spa-and-wellness services for HVS’s global client network.

Ms. Mackman, who is based in Sedona, Arizona, has extensive consulting experience and has been successfully forecasting emerging value propositions in the market since 2004. She works with global investors, hotel and resort developers, hospitality organizations and contributes as an industry expert to international business reports, global think-tanks, and world news organizations.
