Juliette Gust has led over 1,300 investigations in 74 countries, and has advised on close to 10,000 whistleblower reports. She is the former global Director of Fraud & Investigations for Starwood Hotels & Resorts. She also served as a subject matter specialist within PwC’s Regulatory, Forensics, and Hospitality & Leisure practices. No stranger to hospitality operations management, Juliette spent more than 15 years working in high-volume hotels, casino hotels, convention centers and restaurants in top U.S. tourism destinations such as Boston, Las Vegas and New York City. Juliette was the 2003 recipient of the International Food & Beverage Forum’s Food & Wine Founder Michael Batterberry Award & Scholarship, and a former Multicultural Foodservice & Hospitality Alliance Showcase of the Star’s “Star.” She was also a 2004 winner of the Wall Street Journal Award for Excellence in Accounting, and has been a Certified Fraud Examiner for 10 years.
