Xenia is the co-founder of the Considerate Group, a specialist company dedicated to integrating sustainability into hospitality businesses and operations. Coming from the hotel industry she understands many of the challenges of the industry and having been educated in environmental systems knows many solutions to overcome those obstacles.

She sits on various boards of climate conferences and is often a speakers at industry events
