Maribel advises investors, hotel owners, and operators in Europe and the US on embedding environmental and social impact, addressing community and nature, into hotel operations to enhance long-term asset value, resilience, and regulatory readiness.

With over a decade of operational experience across international hotel chains and independent luxury properties, she brings a pragmatic, execution-driven approach that bridges strategy and day-to-day operations. Maribel is a Sustainability Professor in Master's studies at IQS University and a certified Change Agent by the International Society of Sustainability Professionals.

Maribel is council member of the Sustainability in Hospitality panel.
