Walking the Talk in Hospitality: From Bold Sustainability Goals to Actions

Caring for our people, communities and planet has been at the heart of what we do for many years at IHG Hotels & Resorts; it's how we operate and it's what we're known for. We know that how we work through the recovery will help shape the world for generations to come, and I'm proud that we're committed to responding in a way that recognises the environmental and social challenges that existed before the pandemic and will persist afterwards.

Embedding a culture of innovation and transformation

Like all consumer-facing businesses, at IHG Hotels & Resorts, the expectations of our stakeholders are constantly changing, and we're focused on evolving our digital ecosystem of products and platforms to improve our guest experience, create efficiencies for hotel teams and drive value for owners, without taking away the human factor that is so important in hospitality.

A call to move gender diversity from female fight to industry fight

Ranking Human Capital from “taking them for granted” "the" link to success

At its heart, hospitality is all about our incredible colleagues caring brilliantly for the guests who choose to stay with us. That's why it's vital that we invest in, and nurture, our people – all of whom have done such an outstanding job in the most difficult of circumstances since the pandemic began.

A look back on 2020... Lessons learned

I think it's the pace and agility of how we responded that will be the lasting legacy of this period for everyone at IHG Hotels & Resorts. As the pandemic struck, we faced a series of rapidly evolving extraordinary challenges across our markets.
