Gustav Bjoern

Gustav Bjoern is a banker specialising in hotels and hotel real estate. He has more than 20 years of experience in hotel operations, financial advisory roles, lending and investment banking in United Kingdom, Europe and North America. He has advised, arranged, structured and lent on a transaction volume of more than € 3 billion across the capital stack. Having spent years in the operations, including management, at his family’s hotel in Denmark, he joined HVS International in New York, allowing for the shift into banking with CW Capital in Boston, US, and Aareal Bank in Wiesbaden, Germany. Most recently, he headed the Hotel Investment Banking – EMEA platform at Jones Lang LaSalle in London, before joining Global Asset Solutions.
