I've been a consumer at hotels, a product manager at Newmarket, a consultant at PwC Hospitality Consulting (now IBM), the head of a software standards body, and now a senior product strategist at Nor1, acquired by Oracle in 2021. I work with our product and marketing teams to build upselling and guest engagement tools that are easy to use, don't require much staff interaction, and most importantly, give guests the stay they want.
