With over 20 years of experience in luxury fine dining, Executive Chef Adam Haverland leads the JW Marriott, Anaheim Resort's Food & Beverage Program overseeing multiple restaurants and the catering department within the resort with menu execution, precise cuisine presentation, and leads the kitchen with his remarkable leadership abilities. He also oversees day-to-day kitchen operations, managed kitchen staff, and developed various menus including special events, seasonal offerings, and sustainable choice options. Chef Haverland aims to deliver noteworthy guest experiences at each restaurant including the hotel's new equestrian inspired classic steakhouse with Italian flair featuring scratch kitchen cooking methods, seed-to-table initiatives, and an Italian inspired wine and cocktail menu set to open this summer.
